COVID-19 Reopening Guidelines

Dear Extended Rialto Animal Hospital Family,

As you are aware, our state is seeing a very welcome return to normalcy after COVID-19 caused massive disruptions locally and across our nation. We will continue to follow the most current CDC, CVMA, and California guidelines regarding face mask, sanitizing, and social distancing policies. Updated policies (as of May 2021) are as follows:  

• We are FULLY OPEN and we welcome you and your family back into our hospital!
• If fully vaccinated, face masks are not required for guests and/or employees. 
• We will continue to provide face masks for any client/employee that requests them.
• We continue to encourage use of hand sanitizer upon entry into the hospital
• Social distancing is no longer required
• Anyone feeling ill in any way is strongly urged to stay home

Since COVID is an ever changing situation and if needing to respond to a local, regional, or state outbreak, we will adjust as needed in accordance with the CDC, state, and local guidelines. We will keep you updated with any changes via email and Facebook accounts.
