Your First Visit

During your first appointment, our team will take time to get to know you, your pet, their lifestyle, medical history, current concerns, and future care needs. We’ll review recommended vaccines, preventive care, nutrition, dental health, parasite testing, and any specific questions you may have. We will also ask you to check in 15 minutes before your appointment to allow for medical record review/set up and a "photo shoot" of your pet and/or hospital tour if you wish to see "behind the scenes".

Whether you’re welcoming a new puppy, helping a kitten grow into a confident cat, managing your senior pet’s comfort, or dealing with a sudden illness, we’re here to help.

Our services include wellness exams, vaccines, sick and urgent care, dental care, surgery, diagnostics, ultrasound, X-rays, allergies and skin care, senior care, microchipping, laser therapy, acupuncture, and more.

Need Care Today?

We also offer sick and urgent care visits during business hours. Cases are seen based on medical need, similar to a human urgent care setting. If your pet is not feeling well, our team will help guide you on the best next step.

A Special Note for Cat Families

We also have Rialto Cat Hospital, our cat-focused hospital right next door, designed especially for feline comfort and care. If your cat gets stressed at the vet or you want a more feline-centered experience, ask us about scheduling at Rialto Cat Hospital.

We work hard to provide excellent care and communication at every visit. Like any busy medical setting, wait times or unexpected delays can happen — especially when urgent cases need immediate attention. When they do, we promise to communicate, care, and do our best to make things right.
