Our team will assess your pet’s condition and determine how quickly they need to be seen.

2. We Prioritize by Medical Need

Just like a human urgent care, more critical cases are seen first.

3. Drop-Off vs. Wait Options

• Drop-off (recommended):
  • Morning cases: as early as possible (ideally by 8:00 AM)
  • Afternoon cases: typically 1:30–2:00 PM
  • You’ll go about your day while we care for your pet
• Wait option: Available, but wait times can be longer depending on case load and number of critical patients we are seeing that day.

4. Real-Time Updates

Our urgent care team will contact you with:

• Exam findings
• Diagnostic recommendations
• Treatment plan and next steps

Scheduling & Deposits

To reserve your pet’s urgent care spot:

• A deposit is required to secure your visit
• This deposit goes toward your appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable if missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice

• Your pet may stay with us for several hours depending on testing and treatment
• We’ll keep them comfortable, monitored, and cared for throughout the day
• You’ll receive clear communication and updates
