Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Our Client Service Representatives are often the very first impression clients have of our hospital, which makes this role incredibly important.

We are looking for friendly, compassionate, organized, and upbeat individuals who genuinely enjoy helping people and educating pet owners. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Providing exceptional client and patient service
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones and assisting clients
  • Admitting and discharging patients
  • Preparing and maintaining medical records
  • Computer and front desk operations
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Filling select prescriptions
  • Over-the-counter sales
  • Client education and communication
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area

Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for learning the medical and legal information necessary to perform their duties appropriately and accurately.

Bilingual skills are a plus!

Veterinary Technicians (R.V.T.) & Veterinary Assistants

Our Technicians and Veterinary Assistants play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care and creating a compassionate experience for both pets and clients.

We are looking for team members who are motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about veterinary medicine and patient care.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Patient care and nursing support
  • Assisting doctors during exams and procedures
  • Client communication and education
  • Laboratory procedures
  • Radiology and diagnostics
  • Dentistry assistance
  • Phlebotomy and sample collection
  • Pharmacy and medication preparation
  • Hospitalized patient treatments
  • Surgical and anesthesia assistance
  • Rehabilitation support
  • Medical charting and invoicing
  • Equipment maintenance and hospital organization
  • OSHA and safety protocol support

Cross-training opportunities are available for veterinary assistants interested in continuing to grow their skills and experience.

Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

Patient Care Assistants are an essential part of our hospital team and help provide comfort, cleanliness, safety, and support throughout the hospital.

This position is a wonderful opportunity for individuals beginning or advancing in an animal science, veterinary assistant, or veterinary technology career path.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Animal handling and restraint
  • Feeding and basic patient care
  • Bathing and grooming support
  • Cleaning and hospital maintenance
  • Laundry and sanitation
  • Assisting treatment and exam room teams
  • Monitoring recovering patients under supervision
  • Medical chart documentation
  • Learning foundational veterinary skills

Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a willingness to learn are extremely important for this role.
