COVID-19 Reopening Guidelines
Dear Extended Rialto Animal Hospital Family,
As you are all aware, our state is starting to see a very welcome return to normalcy after COVID-19 caused massive disruptions locally and across our nation. In our reopening process, we will continue to follow CDC and AVMA guidelines that include occupancy restrictions as well as face mask, sanitizing, and social distancing policies. We are committed to keeping our community and our team as safe as possible by following the guidelines below:
*Currently, children are not allowed in the building. For those families with children, we continue to offer our curbside service option.
Curbside Service: Clients will have the opportunity to talk to our doctor once the examination has been completed. Our doctor will call you on your cell phone to discuss their findings and recommendations. PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON OUR COVID-19 CONCIERGE PROTOCOL.
Since this is an ever changing situation, we will adjust as needed in accordance with the CDC, state, and local guidelines. We will keep you updated with any changes via email and on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
We already have rigorous cleaning protocols in place for the hospital, and we have increased the frequency of these cleanings as well. All team members wash/sanitize following CDC recommendations before and after each exam. Anyone feeling ill for any reason is urged to stay home. The additional measures taken are for the safety of our clientele and our team so that we can continue to serve the needs of our patients and our community that we love.
